GTC
- Basics
- Our general terms and conditions of Regauer Media GmbH, Obermarkt 19, A-6600 Reutte, VAT ID: ATU76669115 (hereinafter referred to as "coupona") are valid for the sale, procurement or brokerage of tickets.
- The events are carried out exclusively by the organizer. The general terms and conditions of the organizer apply to attending the event. The contract for the visit is thus concluded between the ticket buyer and the organizer.
- coupona enables the organizer to sell event tickets and is therefore only an agent or provider of event tickets and never an organizer. The tickets are sold in the name and on behalf of the organizer.
- Event and requirements
- All information about the events (such as location, date and program) comes from the organizer itself and is not checked by coupona.
- The buyer assumes responsibility for the accuracy of the customer data entered in the ordering process.
- The purchase of event tickets is permitted from the age of 18 or with the consent of a legal representative.
- The contract between the buyer and the respective organizer is concluded when the ordered tickets are made available by email or instant download.
- Payment and delivery
- Payment is processed by an external payment provider. The general terms and conditions of the payment provider apply to this part of the order.
- The ticket prices include VAT.
- After the payment process has been successfully completed, the tickets ordered are immediately available for download. The buyer also receives all tickets plus an invoice by email.
- Right of withdrawal
- Services provided in connection with leisure activities are excluded from the right of return - provided that a specific time or period is contractually stipulated for the contract to be fulfilled by the entrepreneur.
- Rebookings are not possible (e.g. date, timeslot, category).
- After the order has been completed, in most cases it is possible to take out cancellation insurance for tickets. This is handled by a partner company. The general terms and conditions of the provider therefore apply.
- The organiser or agent/provider is entitled to cancel orders in exceptional cases. This applies in particular if a contingent has been inadvertently overbooked (through other channels) and fulfilment can no longer be guaranteed (e.g. for shuttle bus tickets).
- Event tickets
- By purchasing a ticket, the buyer has the right to attend the respective event.
- The ticket works when printed out or on a smartphone and is only valid with an undamaged barcode or QR code. Protect the ticket from moisture and dirt.
- Only fold or cut the ticket along the lines provided and do not bend the codes.
- The ticket only works once and is invalidated when you enter the event. Additional tickets with the same code will be rejected by the system.
- The printed code must be kept strictly secret. The buyer is responsible for keeping their tickets safe.
- Tickets purchased at the box office or at advance booking offices are usually printed on thermal paper. They must be protected from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
- Illegible or damaged tickets are invalid and may prevent entry to an event.
- Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced. If you wish to exchange damaged tickets, please contact the respective organizer directly.
- Private transfer of a ticket is permitted, commercial resale is prohibited.
- Cancellation of an event
- If an event is canceled, postponed or otherwise cancelled, the buyer is entitled to return the ticket. The organizer is solely responsible for refunding the ticket price.
- If an event is canceled, postponed or otherwise cancelled, the buyer is entitled to return the ticket. The organizer is solely responsible for refunding the ticket price.

- The respective organizer has access to your order data (name and address as well as the items ordered). The latter is also obliged to process these in accordance with the current GDPR guidelines.
- Further data is transmitted to the payment service provider for the purpose of making payment of the purchase price.
